Founding Story
The NobleReach story officially began in July 2022, when LMI, a nonprofit organization established in 1961 and dedicated to improving government management and operations, announced that its for-profit subsidiary, LMI Consulting, LLC, had been acquired by a consortium of investors led by Declaration Partners.
Following the acquisition, the nonprofit entity of LMI was reimagined and rebranded as NobleReach Foundation™. Our mission is to develop and mobilize America’s top talent and innovation networks across academia, industry and government for high-impact solutions that strengthen the security and prosperity of our Nation.
NobleReach furthered our mission in November 2022 by merging forces with IQT Emerge, a division of In-Q-Tel, Inc. Since 2020, the non-profit organization, Emerge, has been working to connect the U.S. government innovation pipeline with entrepreneurship to support technology development for the national interest.
Together, we share the vision that we can inspire and catalyze a renewed spirit of national service by uniting the best and the brightest minds to solve our Nation’s most pressing challenges.
