Amanda Geary

Amanda Geary is the Director of Program Strategy and Execution for NobleReach Foundation. She joined the team in January 2023, when Emerge was spun out from In-Q-Tel and merged with NobleReach. Amanda was a Program Manager at IQT Emerge, where she successfully managed a full portfolio across multiple technical disciplines.

Amanda started her career in contracts negotiation, and quickly transitioned to professional pursuits in public service. She was awarded the White House Defense Fellowship and worked in the Office of the Secretary of Defense supporting various offices in OSD, and finished her time under the late Secretary Ash Carter in Advance Operations; she was awarded the Defense Medal for Exceptional Public Service.

After her time in OSD, she worked for the Office of the Vice President, focusing again in Advance Operations. She made an abrupt career shift and joined the Secret Service as a Special Agent serving out of the Washington Field Office. Missing her mission-driven work in defense and future technologies, she eventually decided to transition from the Secret Service to In-Q-Tel.

In her personal time Amanda enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, making cocktails, and participating in outdoor sports and activities.
