Manager, Entrepreneur & Data Strategy
Brian Hayt, as the manager of NobleReach’s entrepreneur and data strategies, leads the internal programs that ensure startups are matched with high quality experts, researchers are not accepting problematic investment, and that data is used ubiquitously as a tool for commercialization.
Prior to joining NobleReach, Brian worked as a product marketer at National Instruments where he was the leader for marketing and launching academic teaching products. During his time there, Brian launched six products, developed and delivered five keynote presentations, co-authored a paper on teaching solar inverters, and trained sales teams around the world.
Brian received his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, where he helped lead the due diligence team at BlueTree Allied Angels, helped researchers at Los Alamos National Lab conduct customer discovery, and volunteered with as many interesting startups as he could find. He also has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
Brian likes to spend his spare time watching short films, hiking, rock climbing, and mentoring a local high school robotics team (FRC Team 3504).
