General Dunwoody joined NobleReach’s board in 2013. She is the president of First 2 Four, LLC, a leadership mentoring and strategic advisory services company in Tampa, FL. She currently serves as director of L3, on the council of trustees the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), on the board of trustees of Thanks USA, and on the board of the Army National Museum. She is the former commanding general of the Army Materiel Command, the Army’s premier global provider of materiel readiness—technology, acquisition support, materiel development, logistics power projection, and sustainment. In 2008, she earned the historic distinction of being the first woman in U.S. military history to achieve the rank of four-star general.
General Dunwoody received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Cortland and has received master’s degrees from the Florida Institute of Technology and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. She has received the NCAA’s highest honor, the Theodore Roosevelt Award; the Intercollegiate Tennis Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award; and France’s National Order of Merit.
