Lysandra Weston joined NobleReach as a full-time Office Manager and Project Coordinator in May 2023. She coordinates a broad range of services and resources that allow the organization to operate efficiently. In general, Lysandra is the “Go to” person. She enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with the daily operations of an office. She possesses excellent leadership and organizational skills and ensures the effectiveness of the company’s staff and processes.
Previously she was a Facilities Coordinator for a popular food chain in Miami, FL, with over 150 stores. Lysandra comes with over 10 years of management and coordination.
Lysandra earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Miami Dade Community in 2013. She is a native of Puerto Rico and now lives in Virginia with her family. She enjoys exploring local parks and biking with her family.
