Michael Brennan serves as the Chief Technology and Chief Information Officer (CTO/CIO) at NobleReach Foundation, where he leads technology programs for internal and client-facing operations. With expertise across various domains, including business, technical, strategy, and analytics, Mr. Brennan has led teams to develop and deploy scientific and technological advancements to meet critical operational needs.
Mr. Brennan joined NobleReach from LMI, where he led a division of over 250 professionals delivering highly technical solutions to clients. He also created new business units and implemented process improvements to maximize revenue sources and streamline operations.
Mr. Brennan’s experience includes leading teams in creating capability and cost analyses for complex software and hardware systems, managing big data analyses for top financial institutions, and developing service offerings, service delivery and quality, revenue growth, and staff hiring and professional development.
Mr. Brennan is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Georgetown University, with formal education in engineering, life sciences, and business. He holds an active security clearance.
