Stevan Youssef

Stevan Youssef joined NobleReach Emerge as a Program Manager in December 2021. He now manages a broad portfolio of biotech startups and helps to commercialize ventures in that space, working closely with NobleReach Emerge’s Senior Commercialization Advisors to ensure programmatic and commercial success for portfolio technologies.

Before joining NobleReach Emerge, Stevan served as an operations manager for an early-stage US government-funded startup focused on funding and developing anti-censorship technologies. Stevan developed much of the programmatic and operational infrastructure and was one of the earliest employees at the company.

Stevan holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and lives in Bristow, VA, with his wife. In his free time, Stevan enjoys serving in his local community and practicing grappling martial arts.
