Thomas Davis, CPA, MBA, serves as NobleReach Foundation’s head of Finance and Contracts, overseeing all finance, accounting and contracts activities, and providing value-added financial insight and analysis.
Mr. Davis is an experienced leader in government contracting finance. He has been a Controller and has led teams responsible for financial planning, analysis, program finance, and more.
Mr. Davis joined NobleReach from LMI, where he led a team of 20+ finance professionals. During his tenure, he drove finance business transformation initiatives to align finance as the business partner to operational leadership, and evolved financial reporting to increase timeliness and relevance. Prior to joining LMI, he held senior finance leadership roles at SAIC, Honeywell, CAES (formerly Cobham), and Guidehouse.
Mr. Davis has a master’s in business administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and an undergraduate degree in business administration and accounting from Washington and Lee University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland.
