Constantine Saab
Board Member
With a background in strategy and innovation focused on emerging technologies and artificial intelligence, Constantine “Costa” Saab is a managing director of Valor Equity Partners, an operationally driven private equity firm investing in high-growth, technology-enabled, disruptive companies. He first joined Valor as an executive in residence in 2019. He joined NobleReach’s board in 2020.
During his 18-year tenure at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Mr. Saab held numerous leadership positions, including chief strategy officer, corporate board member, and acting assistant director. Prior to joining the CIA, he was a consultant and entrepreneur in the management consulting and technology space.
A graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program, Mr. Saab holds a master’s degree in systems engineering from Virginia Tech and a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia. He is a Non-resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council.
