Darian Philips joined NobleReach to serve as a Human Resource Coordinator, where he plays a crucial role in supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative duties. Darian holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Through his internship with another non-profit organization, he recognized a passion and drive for fostering a positive workplace environment and culture. To show his dedication and enthusiasm for HR functions, he also obtained his SHRM Certified Professional Certification. When he is not contributing to NobleReach’s continued success, Darian can be found taking photos, listening to music, watching the sunset, trying new foods, and going to live performances.
