Stephanie DeFino is the chief financial officer of NobleReach Foundation and leads the accounting, finance, treasury, and contracts functions. Stephanie joined the organization in January 2024 after spending over 4 years as the CFO of SRI International, a nonprofit research organization based in Menlo Park, CA. During her tenure at SRI, Stephanie led several transformation efforts, including the modernization of the ERP and planning systems, due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities, and was a key participant in the redevelopment actions for the Institute’s primary locations.

Stephanie joined SRI from SAIC, where she spent over 20 years in executive roles. In her role leading the finance shared services team she was responsible for leading collaborative initiatives between division and corporate groups and managing an organization that included project and operational accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, program control, and compliance.

Stephanie has been recognized for her process improvement accomplishments, including system implementations, cash flow optimization, and employee career development initiatives. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
