Madeleine Luberecki

Madie is a Program Analyst within NobleReach Emerge who supports a portfolio of technology programs to ensure commercial and programmatic success. Her portfolio technologies span across multiple disciplines and market verticals, but she works to support them all in their efforts towards the ultimate and impact-driven goal of commercialization and democratization.  

Madie graduated with a Master of Public Health from the University of Virginia’s School of Medicine with a concentration in Health Policy, Law, and Ethics. Her graduate thesis was on the impact of insurance coverage on mental health outcomes for young adults in the United States. She also studied Public Health as an undergraduate at the University of Virginia, where she conducted a systematic review of inadequate mental health care among adolescents in the United States for her capstone project. Her roles as Secretary of the Mixed-Race Student Coalition and Teacher’s Assistant during her time at the University of Virginia have allowed her to sharpen her skills in problem solving, organization, and communication.  

In her free time, Madie enjoys crocheting, watching movies, discovering new places to eat, baking, playing disc golf, and spending time with her loved ones. She also loves listening to music and is always looking for new recommendations.
