Irfan Siddiqui

Vice President of Business Development

Irfan Siddiqui serves as NobleReach Foundation’s head of Business Development, where he focuses on commercializing technology innovation from US government-funded R&D initiatives by working with government, academia, and industry.

Before joining NobleReach, Irfan was the VP of Engineering at In-Q-Tel, a strategic investor that identifies startups with potential for high impact on national security. In this role, he managed a team of engineers that evaluated the potential utility of emerging hardware and software technology and provided insights to senior leadership.

Previously, he was part of the Business Development team at Boeing, focusing on CH-47 Chinook programs, leading international sales campaigns and helicopter modifications. He joined Boeing in 2009 as a design engineer for the V-22 Osprey program, and within a few months, was promoted to lead a team of senior engineers.

Irfan has also worked as a defense contractor for the Defense Communications and Army Transmissions Systems and an operation supervisor at the United Parcel Service Air Hub.

Irfan holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon, a master’s in systems engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School—where he was awarded the Wayne E. Meyer System Engineering Award for his work on cost-effective ballistic missile defense systems—and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Temple University.
