J.C. Cartwright

Senior Director of Operations Finance  

J.C. Cartwright is a highly motivated and accomplished professional with a proven track record of excellence within program/project control. With 10+ years of experience in internal program controls and financial forecasting, he brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to NobleReach Foundation. Here at NobleReach, Mr. Cartwright serves as the Senior Director of Operations Finance, where he supports the mission by providing financial insight to the internal project team and oversees project-related financial activities to include invoicing, customer and internal project reporting, and financial forecasting and tracking. In addition, Mr. Cartwright manages project set-up in the NobleReach ERP system to optimize automated reporting, guide improvements to existing workflows, and support the development and maturation of related internal controls.  

Prior to joining NobleReach, Mr. Cartwright spent the last several years as an Associate Program Control Analyst for Booz Allen Hamilton, where he provided support to a wide variety of detailed financial programs and administrative activities. During his tenure at Booz Allen, Mr. Cartwright was recognized for his collaborative efforts in developing a standard of practice related to cost risk management within program controls.  

Mr. Cartwright is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and thrives in challenging and fast-paced environments. He is known for his ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to aid in the decision making process.  

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport and Recreation Management and a minor in General Business from James Madison University.  

Outside of work, J.C. actively participates in local recreational basketball league and enjoys attending Washington Nationals and Spirit games, golfing, and spending time around D.C playing resident tourist with his family.
