Jeremy Joseph serves as General Counsel of NobleReach Foundation, and has worked in support of the common good throughout his career.
Before joining NobleReach, he was Deputy General Counsel at In-Q-Tel, a nonprofit strategic venture capital investor chartered by the US government that identifies, adapts, and delivers cutting-edge technologies and technology-related insights on behalf of the US intelligence and national security communities.
Jeremy has worked in federal service several times, most recently in 2013, when he became Deputy Counsel to then-Vice President Joe Biden. He was General Counsel of AmeriCorps from 2015–2016. He has also served as a federal law clerk and worked in private practice in the Washington office of a top-tier international law firm, focusing on government contracting and white-collar criminal defense.
Jeremy served in the United States Marine Corps as an intelligence officer and is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Georgetown University’s law school.
