Jonathan Stammler

Chief Information Officer & Chief Information Security Officer

Mr. Stammler assumes the dual leadership roles of Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at NobleReach Foundation, leveraging over 15 years supporting the intelligence community, Defense, and Federal Civilian agencies. Mr. Stammler was awarded CISO of the Year Private Company by WashingtonExec in 2021.

Prior to NobleReach, Mr. Stammler served as the CISO at Arcfield, a Veritas Capital company. During his tenure, he pioneered and executed a comprehensive zero-trust, cloud first infrastructure and security program from the ground up. This involved ensuring compliance with CMMC and NIST 800-171 requirements across 16 multinational offices.

Before joining Arcfield, Mr. Stammler held the inaugural position of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Logistics Management Institute. Here, he not only oversaw multiple acquisition integrations but also guided engineering, cloud, and security teams in delivering comprehensive security services to both internal and external clients. Additionally, he led various compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to standards such as NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO 20k, and ISO 27k. Collaborating with the legal team, he played a pivotal role in establishing LMI’s enterprise risk management program.

Mr. Stammler also serves as an Advisory Board member at George Mason University’s Department of Information Technology and Services (IST). His educational background includes a master’s degree in information security from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in information technology from George Mason University. Mr. Stammler maintains multiple professional credentials such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Licensed Penetration Tester (LPT), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
