Sam Lazarescu joined NobleReach Emerge as a Program Manager in May 2023. She now manages a broad portfolio of researchers and tech startups to help commercialize ventures in that space, working closely with NobleReach Emerge’s Senior Commercialization Advisors to ensure programmatic and commercial success for portfolio technologies.
Before joining NobleReach, Sam was the Operations Manager and Program Liaison supporting the National Guard Bureau’s J1 Warrior Resilience and Fitness Division. She served as a subject matter expert and action officer for policy development, analysis, design, training assessments, and service delivery of resilience training, suicide prevention, and substance abuse prevention across the Army and Air National Guard.
Sam graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and German Literature from University of Oregon. She obtained her Master’s in International Affairs: US Foreign Policy and National Security from American University’s School of International Service. In her free time, Sam enjoys eating good food, being outdoors, weightlifting, and knitting. She also enjoys language learning, and is currently rekindling her French and Russian skills.
